Richard
Gaines is a private practitioner with over twenty years of experience in
Estate Planning and Tax Law. Mr. Gaines received his Juris Doctorate from
Southwestern University School of Law in 1983 and his Masters of Law in
Taxation from Denver University School of Law in 1984.
After working for prestigious Southern California CPA and
law firms, Mr. Gaines established Gaines Legal Services, Inc. in 1990.
The firm specializes in wills, trusts, estate and tax planning.

Richard Gaines approaches the planning process from a

Mr. Gaines served two years as chairperson of the North
San Diego County Bar Association's Tax Section and has testified as an

a much sought after guest speaker on local radio talk shows and
television news. He has presented before such distinguished groups as the
CPA/LAW Forum, the North Coastal Estate Planning Council, the California
Society of Enrolled Agents and the North San Diego County Bar Estate
Planning and Probate Section.
